The areas where WAK24264IN lacks is mainly that the temperature can be set from cold to up to 60 degree Celsius, which is fairly good. But in LG and IFB, temperature can be cranked up to 95 degree Celsius for cotton and baby care segment.

Also, the inlet pipe that comes with the machine is just 1 metre long. So, if at your home, the tap is not really close to the washing machine, you may have to spend extra for a longer inlet pipe. There are few complaints about delays in installation as well as rude behaviour of technicians as well. So, be prepared!

There are 9 wash programs, namely daily wash, delicates, jeans, refresh, intensive, quick wash, bed sheets and drum drying. The water level can be set to 8 levels and there are also options for time delay and rinse hold.

To further customize wash program, it also has speed perfect function to reduce wash time by 20%. The user-friendliness is enhanced through the employment of magic filter to collect lint and dual dispenser for liquid and powdered detergent. The door is made of toughened glass that can withstand weight and softened closing ensures its durability too. As the machine has memory function, it resumes wash cycle mid-way even in case of power failure.
Talking about the performance, the wash quality is good. However, as with most washing machines, if you have tough stains or to clean collars, you will have to do a spot cleaning. The washing machine runs fairly silent and with minimal vibration even while spinning at maximum speed.

On the flip side, the clothes are not quite dry as maximum spin speed is just 680 RPM. Also, there is no in-built heater or additional inlet pipe for hot water.
That being said, given the price, the washing machine offers absolute value for money and is quite a good buy.

Out of the semi-automatic washing machines, LGP7550R3FA is a pretty good option for bachelors or small family with 2-4 members.
The washing machine is made of plastic body and has roller pulsator and collar scrubber that causes sufficient friction to clean collars and remove stains. However, the efficiency of these features are not as superior as one may expect.
There are 3 basic wash programs, namely, gentle, normal and strong. The spin shower feature cleans left over detergent residue from the drum to enhance life of drum. Overall, the wash quality is good for a semi-automatic washing machine.
On the flip side, as with most semi-automatic washing machines, the vibration while spinning is high. Also, it doesn’t have a detergent box, though it may not be a deal breaker for most.
The washing machine overall is a good deal with sufficient features and a budget-friendly price tag.
